Christy Caldwell
President
Christy Caldwell, CPA, is a highly accomplished and results-driven professional with over three decades of extensive experience in financial leadership, business ownership, and commercial real estate.

As the President/Owner of Savoy Business Services, she currently offers fractional Controller and accounting services, along with executive and management coaching, to small and medium-sized businesses. Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident from her time as Vice President and Owner of Savoy Entertainment Group Inc., where she successfully managed, grew, and ultimately sold a multi-faceted tourist business.

Christy's financial background includes pivotal roles as Corporate Controller and Plant Controller across diverse industries. In these capacities, she expertly managed comprehensive accounting and payroll functions, oversaw P&L, implemented critical ERP and POS systems, and provided strategic financial analysis for operational optimization and significant corporate initiatives, including plant shutdowns and transfers.

A Certified Public Accountant, Christy holds a B.S. in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from Milligan College and a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance (Summa Cum Laude) from High Point University.
Darrell Caldwell
Business & Executive Coach
Darrell Caldwell is a highly experienced corporate and entrepreneurial business leader with a career spanning over five decades. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of the various functional areas and processes that are critical to the operation, growth, and success of an organization. Since 2010, as President/Owner of Savoy Entertainment Group Inc. he oversees all aspects of the business.

Previously, as President/Owner of 1HR, LLC, he served as a business consultant for over 18 years, specializing in small business acquisition, product development, manufacturing, and strategic planning. A prolific innovator, Darrell is also the inventor and co-inventor of numerous patented medical products, along with nonwoven fabric manufacturing technologies.

His earlier career includes significant executive roles such as Vice President / General Manager at an electronic components manufacturer, where he drove substantial growth and managed all facets of the business. He also held multiple Vice President positions at a medical device manufacturer, starting as the second employee and rising to become the company's youngest Vice President, leading in such areas as product development, sales/marketing, and manufacturing in a high-growth environment. Darrell holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Arlington.
